Kyykkäliiga will be organised during January and February of 2023 in Hervanta. At the end of Kyykkäliiga also a final sauna event will take place. Updated information about the leagues is posted at our Telegram info group
Enrollment for Kyykkäliiga will open November 20th at 12 PM at our website. The participation costs 30 €/team, except if there’s at least three (3) alumni players, the cost is 40 €. There are three divisions in Kyykkäliiga as follows.
Most of the Liiga players practice and compete kyykkä around the year and they might have played kyykkä for several years. Best League teams once in a while play positive ends in kyykkä which means they empty the field with less than 16 throws. Kyykkä is played in Liiga as in seriously, so if you want to play high skill level kyykkä, Liiga is good place for you! Team size may vary between 4 and 8 players. The draft of the schedule will be made for the teams, but they can change and choose new times to play if needed. The players work as their own referees in the games.
Divari is good serie, if you want to play kyykkä in less serious mind. In Divari, any team regardless of skill level can participate, even at zero experince of kyykkä. Team size may vary between 4 and 8 players. Like in the League, the draft of the schedule will be made for the teams, but they can change and choose new times to play if needed. The players work as their own referees in the games.
Series for guilds, student associations and hobby clubs! Any member of that group can play in the team and the amount of players in the team is not limited. The most important part of the pulju series is to have fun with your pulju friends, but the games are still in a league form. The schedule of Pulju will be made before the season and the games are mostly on weekends. Compared to previous years, this year also the players in Pulju work as their own referees. In the beginning of the season, referee guiding will be given if teams want it.
